5.2. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver an order within 2 working days from the date the order was submitted by you (Monday - Friday excluding official public holidays and Juna company holidays).

 

5.3. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date and time of delivery. However, if your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within seven working days and provide us with photographic proof of the damage. We usually arrange for a replacement.

6.1. Please note, generally, we do not offer returns and refunds, particularly on personalised items. However, it there is an issue with your order or it’s lost during shipment, please contact us via email. We will be more than happy to assist you and to find a solution.
